Keith Godfrey – Fear of Flying – Understanding the Human Factors for Pilots

Keith Godfrey entertained us at breakfast on the 15 June.  I don’t think there was a clear title for the session but I now remember it as a Understanding the Human Factors for Pilots.  Click the link to get an overview of the presentation.

A couple of us went up to Keith afterwards and said you should adapt this for business teams.  They need to understand the process for simple clear communication, how to make decisions and a grading system forr errors.
